During my healthy living journey over the past few months, I've learned a lot about the deficiencies in the American diet. Most of us aren't getting enough nutrients through the foods we eat. Our diets are overloaded with over processed foods. The more I learned about our health issues, the more I wanted to share information with the people in my life.
The key to being healthy is to create healthy habits. This is the concept behind Healthy Living Challenges. Each challenge, we will add a new habit to our daily routines. The challenges will be simple. They won't focus on restricting ourselves from certain foods, but instead adding healthy habits.
The H2O Challenge:
Drink your daily intake of water every day for 21 days consecutively.
